*Fairy tale of Cameroon: The story of Bat and Sun*

*Once Bat and Sun were very close friends to each other. One day, Bat’s mother fell ill and passed away. Bat wished to bury her before dark and definitely within that day. Bat told Sun to keep the light until he finished burying his mother. But Sun refused because it related to his job and could affect the others. Bat buried his mother in the dark and from that day forward, bats have refused to meet Sun and move about only at night.*
